In-Clinic Visits
We continue to STRONGLY RECOMMEND that ALL patients (over age 2) and caregivers WEAR A MASK.
In addition, our office will continue with the following:
- Clean all touch surfaces in exam rooms between patients, and
- Physicians and staff will continue to wear a mask. In certain circumstances, additional personal protective equipment will also be worn.
We ask that you arrive ON TIME for your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to see you. We ask that you do not arrive any sooner then 5 minutes prior to your appointment, so we can limit the number of people in the waiting room.
Virtual Visits
- We continue to provide virtual encounters using OTN eVisit or telephone, at the discretion of the physician.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to makes your scheduled (in-clinic or virtual) appointment, please notify us *48 hours* prior to your appointment, so that we may fill the spot with other children/youth who are waiting. There will be a fee for any appointment that was not cancelled within this time frame
