In-Clinic Visits
We continue to recommend that all patients (over age 2) and caregivers WEAR A MASK, particularly if presenting with an illness.
We ask that you arrive ON TIME for your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to see you. We ask that you do not arrive any sooner than 10 minutes prior to your appointment, so we can limit the number of people in the waiting room.
We continue to provide virtual encounters using OTN eVisit, Telus EMR Virtual Visit, or telephone, at the discretion of the physician.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to makes your scheduled (in-clinic or virtual) appointment, please notify us *48 hours* prior to your appointment, so that we may fill the spot with other children/youth who are waiting. There will be a fee for any appointment that was not cancelled within this time frame
